Terms and Condtions

By signing up on our app and selecting one of our laundry subscription plans, you agree to the following.

  • Southeast Cleaners is not held responsible for any items that could be misplaced or damaged. 
  • Once a plan is selected, there are no refunds if you use the service or not. 
  • Cancelling MUST be 3 days before the next billing cycle. If your card is charged and you did not cancel there are no refunds, you will have to call cancel before the next billing cycle. 
  • If The Little Laundry Room complimentary bag is damaged outside of normal wear and tear, and can no longer be used for hold laundry, customer of subscription plan will be charged for a new bag.
